Question 2: Do you agree that Mohawk Council of Kanesatake regulate the landfill/waste dumping within the Territory and apply sanctions on all parties involved?

No:  48   Yes:  318

37 mail-in ballots

344 regular ballots in person

381 ballots in total were cast

9 ballots rejected and not counted

Therefore the Electors of Kanesatake have approved that the Mohawk Council of Kanesatake regulate dumping within the Territory.
